This notice explains what Eshalu does with personal data when you visit this website or contact us. How we handle client evidence during an engagement is governed separately by the engagement agreement and the data-processing terms provided with it.
Who we are
Eshalu is the data controller for the processing described here, registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration number ZC134750. You can verify that on the ICO's public register at ico.org.uk. Contact us at raghuram.saripalli@saisaripalli.com.
What this website collects
No forms, analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. There is no contact form, no analytics, no advertising pixel, no third-party script and no cookie of any kind. Our content security policy permits scripts only from this site, and the single script we serve controls the navigation menu. Your visit is not tracked or profiled.
Our hosting provider processes standard server request data — including IP address, timestamp and requested page — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. That is the ordinary technical processing any web server performs, and we do not use it to identify you.
If you email us
- What we hold: your name, email address, anything you choose to tell us about your organisation and its AI systems, and our correspondence with you.
- Why: to answer you, to scope and propose work, and to keep a record of the enquiry. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to someone who has approached us — or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
- How long: we keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months from the last contact unless it becomes part of a client engagement, in which case the engagement's retention terms apply.
- Who sees it: Eshalu personnel working on the enquiry, and our email provider as a processor. We do not sell, rent or share your details for marketing.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or erase it, object to or restrict our processing, or ask for it in a portable form. Write to the address above and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. We would rather you raised it with us first so we can put it right.
Changes
If this notice changes materially we will update the date above. We do not maintain a mailing list, so we cannot notify you directly.
