See what you actually receive

Two representative deliverables based on the product's report structure and a synthetic engagement. They show the structure, reviewer logic and level of detail a client receives; no client data is used.

Control level

Detailed AI Governance Assessment

The working document: document control and assessment basis, scope and limitations stated plainly, the methodology, then control-level findings per AI system with the evidence behind each one, named responsibilities and what would close each gap.

Both documents use the assessment platform's report structure and synthetic assessment data for a fictional organisation. They are public illustrative samples and are marked as samples on every page. No client information appears in either.
What to look for

Read them the way a sceptic would

It shows the reviewer conclusion

Both documents show a reviewer-completed synthetic assessment with material governance gaps still open. The product distinguishes accepted evidence, evidence still required and reviewer-confirmed actions rather than turning an incomplete position into a pass.

Every figure is qualified

Indicators are labelled as readiness signals, never a compliance score. Where a control was not assessed, the report says “not assessed” rather than defaulting it to a pass.

Audiences are separated

The reviewer's internal working record is not one of these documents. Gating states, evidence-confidence internals and reviewer vocabulary stay on the reviewer's side of the line.
