These terms cover your use of this website. They do not govern any engagement with Eshalu — that is governed by the written engagement agreement and its own terms, which take precedence in every respect.
Who you are dealing with
Eshalu is a trading name of Eshalu Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17400724, whose registered office is at 19 Layton Crescent, Slough, Berkshire, SL3 8DP. References to “Eshalu”, “we” and “us” in these terms mean Eshalu Technologies Ltd. The company’s entry on the Companies House public register is at find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk.
What this website is
This site describes Eshalu's AI governance assurance service. It is provided for general information. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, a warranty, or advice on which you should act without taking your own professional advice.
What Eshalu does not provide
Eshalu reports evidence coverage and gaps against published frameworks. Eshalu does not certify compliance with any standard, does not issue audit opinions, and does not provide legal advice. Where a judgement is legal rather than evidential, we say so and flag it for legal review. Regulatory signals recorded in an assessment are signals, not legal conclusions.
Commercial scope
Eshalu does not publish standard prices on this website at this stage. Engagements are scoped in writing after we understand the systems, evidence position, outputs required and level of support needed. Continuous Assurance applies to an agreed baseline scope established through a separately scoped initial assessment.
The sample report
The sample pack available for download is illustrative. The organisation, systems, findings and evidence in it are fictional and are provided to show the structure and standard of the deliverable. It is not an assessment of any organisation and must not be represented as one.
Intellectual property
The content, methodology, control set, templates and report structures described on this site belong to Eshalu. You may read, print and share pages for your own evaluation. You may not republish, resell or present them as your own, or reproduce the methodology in a competing service.
Framework, standard and regulatory names referenced on this site belong to their respective owners. Eshalu does not reproduce licensed standard text; where a standard is licensed we cite the clause reference only.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate but do not guarantee either. To the extent permitted by law, Eshalu is not liable for loss arising from reliance on this website's content. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where we link to another site — the ICO register, for example — we do not control it and are not responsible for its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
